No. We work remotely with clients in Kenya, across Africa and beyond. Discovery calls, previews and approvals all happen over WhatsApp, phone or video.

Yes. Share your current site and we'll suggest what to keep, fix or rebuild. We'll need access to your domain, hosting and existing content to move it across.

Yes. We integrate payments, email, CRMs, accounting tools and other services through their APIs, so your new site or app works with the tools your team already relies on.

Yes. We'll review the code, hosting and documentation first, then quote for fixes, new features or a rebuild, whichever makes more sense for you.

You send the text, photos and logo, and we shape them into clear pages. Please send everything within 14 days of your first payment so the timeline holds. If you need help writing content, ask and we'll include it in your quote.

Yes. Once it's paid in full, you own the design and content, and you get access to the relevant admin accounts and project files agreed in your quote. Third-party items such as fonts or stock photos stay under their own licences.

Starter is paid in full upfront. Business and Custom: 50% deposit, 50% before launch. Your site stays on a private preview link until it's paid in full. Read the full terms

No. Your quote lists everything included. Anything outside it, such as extra pages, new features or rush delivery, is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.

Yes. We register your domain in your name, so you always own it, and you pay its yearly renewal. We can host your site on our monthly Care Plan, or hand it over to your own hosting. Either way, you get the access details.

Kenyan clients are invoiced in KES and can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. Clients elsewhere are invoiced in USD and can pay by card or bank transfer. Card and mobile-money payments go through a secure Paystack link.

Every project follows the same four steps:

Yes. Every project includes a support period after launch for fixes. After that, an optional monthly Care Plan covers hosting, updates, small edits and backups.
