A web app and marketing site for PropellaDocs, an AI tool that writes client proposals and statements of work for IT and software consultants.
The challenge
IT consultants lose billable hours writing proposals and SOWs, often starting from scratch or from last month's document. The product needed a site that explains the value in seconds and gets consultants into the app with no friction.
The solution
The homepage leads with the outcome (proposals in minutes, not hours) and a free plan with no credit card required. It walks visitors through the problem, the templates, AI drafting and export, then a four-step “how it works” and clear Free, Starter and Pro pricing. Inside the app, consultants paste a client email or notes, PropellaDocs fills a structured brief, and the AI drafts each section for review, editing and export.
