The challenge

Patients in Wargadud and the surrounding region needed a fast way to reach the hospital, especially in an emergency, and answers to the same insurance and visiting questions the front desk fielded all day.

The solution

Most patients reach the hospital by phone or WhatsApp, so the site is built around one-tap contact rather than booking forms or doctor directories. A 24/7 emergency number sits on every page, each department gets its own page for search, and an insurance guide answers the most common billing questions before anyone has to call. The whole site is a static export, so it loads quickly even on slow mobile connections, and every word of copy lives in one file the hospital can update.
